Growing up my mum called me ‘the colour, cut & stick kid’. This passion for all things creative drove me through school, university and into a full-time career as a baby & childrenswear designer.
I started my Textile Design degree at the University of Huddersfield and finished with a first-class BSc(Hons) with a specialism in knitwear. Going straight into my first job at a supplier designing knitwear for Next & M&S.
Along the way I moved into designing multiproduct children's wear in both Germany & Belgium where I was able to expand my knowledge in design, fabrics and technical construction across all product categories. As well as the chance to travel and work with overseas suppliers and factories.
Once back in the UK I spent 6 years at Mamas & Papas as a babywear designer. Working as part of a team to develop and create best-selling babywear collections. Making great friends for life along the way!
After becoming mummy to my little boy Freddie, I decided to start this new challenge on my own and support others with my expertise, my knowledge, and my passion for baby and children's wear design!
